Finally finished the extra long cowl on the train today. This project first started back in the early fall! As with most of my knit/crochet projects, I started, started over, and started over again. I ordered Speed Knitting: 24 quick and easy projects, and started the Button-Up Pillow Cover pattern over the weekend. I'm still a beginner really, and this project is a good example of that. After making the fabric stash baskets, I wanted to see what I could do with the 1/8" industrial felt following a similar pattern. First try didn't come turn out so great, I grew to dislike it more as the day passed, and seam ripped it by dinner.
